Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax for those customers in the State of Indiana where our facility is located.
Can I buy your product through any other major retailer?
No, our products are not currently sold through any other retail outlets. However, many of our canopies will fit existing products originally purchased through select retailers, and some patio furniture sets and accessories will match discontinued items from major retailers.
Are your cushions water-proof?
They are not. The fabrics used on the cushions are water resistant, but not completely water-proof. If your cushions do get wet, we suggest placing them on their sides to allow water to drain faster. Keep in mind that our cushions are designed for outdoor use, so they will dry quickly. Never place your cushions in a dryer.
How can I be sure of the quality of my product?
Every item we sell carries a warranty.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
7-10 Business days, most orders ship within 24 hours. Backordered items will ship in 7-10 business days once they are in-stock.
What is a "preorder" item?
Due to seasonal demand, certain items may go on a preorder status. You will be able to order the product, but the shipping will be delayed. When ordering, please note the estimated shipping date, as this date will change for future orders (your expected shipping date will not change from what was listed when ordered).
Can my order be shipped to a PO Box?
No, sorry for any inconvenience, but Fed Ex will not deliver packages to P.O. boxes.
